RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A trooper arrested a Richmond driver on several allegations after a vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign in Ray County Saturday afternoon.
The online arrest report accuses Haley A. Wilton, 24 of felony possession of methamphetamine, driving while intoxicated by drugs, no valid license, possession of drug paraphernalia and fourth degree assault.
Wilton also has an active Ray County warrant.
