LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. – A Lexington resident waived his preliminary hearing on drug charges filed in August of 2018.
Emmett L. Grieme, 37, appeared for a judge in Lafayette County, Wednesday afternoon. Grieme and Jennifer Copeland, 43, were arrested after the execution of a search warrant at their residence on Franklin Street. Both are charged with felonies for trafficking drugs in the first degree, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana as well as unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
A court date before the circuit judge has not yet been listed.
