PUTNAM COUNTY, Mo. — An Iowa man is held without bond, accused of several felonies after a traffic stop Thursday morning in Putnam County.

The online arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says Jeremy L. Brown, 43, of Ottumwa, was stopped around 11:25 a.m. for not displaying license plates. When it was determined that he was wanted on a felony probation warrant out of Wapello County, Iowa, Brown was taken into custody. The report claims he resisted arrest, possessed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia , had no drivers license and no insurance.

Brown is being held without bond pending filing of local charges.
