SALINE COUNTY, Mo. — In the early morning hours of Jan. 29, while checking local businesses, Saline County deputies were able to identify a vehicle reported stolen in Kansas City on Jan. 20.
Saline County Sheriff Cindi Mullins said in a release that two subjects were arrested in connection with the stolen vehicle and possession of controlled substances.
Justin Fletcher, 29, of Denton, Texas has been charged and is in custody for two counts of possession of controlled substance, tampering with a motor vehicle-1st degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond has been set in his case at $25,000 cash only. Fletcher also has an active warrant from the State of Texas.
Victoria Chapman, 19, of Columbia, Missouri had her bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety. Charges include possession of controlled substance, tampering with a motor vehicle-2nd degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
