DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. – Marijuana was reportedly seized from a Minnesota driver, during a traffic stop in Daviess County Friday night.
The Missouri Highway Patrol filed a report shortly before 11;00 p.m. last night, accusing Terry L. Kirven, 63, of Minneapolis of felony driving while intoxicated, exceeding the posted speed limit, failing to drive in the right lane, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Kirven remains on a 24 hour hold at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
