RAY COUNTY, Mo. – Two people remain in custody after their arrest by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Ray County Saturday night.
The online arrest report states Tammara L. Utley, 38, of Columbia and Robert D. Williams, 36, of Kansas City, Missouri, were held on allegations of felony drug possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Williams is also alleged to have been in possession of misdemeanor drugs.
Both were placed on 24 hour investigative holds just before 10:30 last night and transported to the county jail.
