DEKALB COUNTY, Mo. – A Minnesota man remains in custody this morning, after his arrest in Dekalb County Tuesday night.
Just before 9:30 p.m. last night, 
a trooper arrested Tad A. Cunningham, 24, of Rochester after a stop for exceeding the posted speed limit. The highway patrol report accuses Cunningham of felony possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and speeding.
Cunningham is awaiting the filing of formal charges later today.
