DEKALB COUNTY, Mo. – A woman from Hannibal has a preliminary hearing this morning on felony charges filed in Dekalb County.
Stacey Coslow, 28, and a co-defendant, Michael Foulks, 33, were arrested in Cameron the night of May 14, after she gave deputies a fake identification during a suspicious vehicle check. A white powder and paraphernalia was seized during the arrest. Coslow is charged with felony counts of possession of burglary tools and stealing $750.00 or more.
Authorities say Coslow and Foulks are also suspects in a residential burglary in Illinois.
