HARRISON COUNTY, Mo. — Two men remains jailed this morning after a traffic stop last night, by a trooper in Harrison County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol report says Floyd L. Jarrett, 44, of Galt was stopped around 6:00 p.m. for speeding. Along with Jarrett getting a no insurance citation, he and Brian D. McDonald, 45, of Humphreys are accused of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a firearm, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and not wearing seat belts. Both man were placed on a 24 hour hold.
